Italian Style Chicken Breasts

2 whole chicken breasts - boneless, skinless, halved
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 large mushrooms - sliced and sautéed in butter
Recipe
Put chicken breasts in waxed paper and roll with a rolling pin until thin. Coat with flour and Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Heat butter over medium heat and cook chicken breasts until tender (about 5 or 6 minutes each side). Remove and put in shallow baking pan. Top with mushrooms and cover each half with cheese. Broil until cheese melts. Makes 4 servings.
