    o 3 boneless chicken breasts; or 6 drumsticks (can substitute pork chops)
    o 1 cups Soya Sauce
    o 1 cup Water.

    Recipe



    4. Place chicken or pork in a microwave able casserole dish.
    5. Add Soya sauce and water to cover chicken or pork. (If you need more sauce, just make sure you use equal parts of water and Soya sauce.)
    6. Cover and place in microwave.
    7. Cook on high for 25 minutes.
