    List of Ingredients


    • 4 chicken breasts,skinned
    • 3 tbsp cornstarch
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • 3 cloves of garlic,minced
    • 5 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 1/2 tbsp whit wine vinegar
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 6 green onions,cut
    • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper


    Instructions


    1. Cut chicken into 1inch cubes.
    2. Lightly toss with cornstarch in a bag to to coat. Heat oil in skillet or wok.
    3. Stir fry chicken and garlic until lightly browned. Add soy sauce,vinegar and water.
    4. Cover and cook 3 min or until chicken is cooked. Add onions and cayenne,cook uncovered for 2 min. Serve with rice.
