List of Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts,skinned
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3 cloves of garlic,minced
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp whit wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 6 green onions,cut
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Cut chicken into 1inch cubes.
- Lightly toss with cornstarch in a bag to to coat. Heat oil in skillet or wok.
- Stir fry chicken and garlic until lightly browned. Add soy sauce,vinegar and water.
- Cover and cook 3 min or until chicken is cooked. Add onions and cayenne,cook uncovered for 2 min. Serve with rice.
