TENDER BAKED CAJUN CHICKEN

1/2 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning (or to taste)
Hot pepper sauce, to taste (optional)
1 1/4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 cup plain dry bread crumbs
Recipe
1. Preheat oven to 400º.
2. In small bowl, blend mayonnaise, Cajun seasoning and hot pepper sauce. Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise mixture. Add breadcrumbs to large plastic food bag or bowl. Add chicken, one piece at a time; shake to coat. On rack in broiler pan or on foil-lined baking sheet, arrange chicken.
3. Bake chicken 20 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and thoroughly cooked.
