- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/2 cup prepared pesto
- 4 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1 package Black diamond mozzarella cheese cut in thick slices
Instructions
- Press pizza dough in bottom of 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake at 425. For 18-20 min or until golden brown. Remove from oven and turn oven to broil.
- Spread dough with pesto. Arrange tomatoes and cheese slices alternately over dough. Broil 2-3 min or until heated through and cheese melts.
