    • 1/2 cup butter
    • pint heavey cream
    • 1/2 to 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 2 tbsp cream cheese
    • chicken, optional


    Instructions


    1. In a saucepan combine butter,cream and cream cheese.
    2. Simmer this until melted,and mixed well. Add the parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Simmer this for 15-20 min on low.
    3. Salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken pieces if desired.
