    Great with Steak,Chicken and Schnitzel!!!

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. white mushrooms...stems removed
    1/4-cup butter
    1-cup vegetable stock...Knorr or Maggi cubes.2 cubes to 1
    cup of water
    5 tbls. Flour
    1/4 cup cream
    1 tsp. each of...marjoram-thyme-rosemary
    S & P to taste

    OPTIONAL...may substitute 1/2 cup of water for 1/2 cup of
    white wine or beer
    may add whole peppercorns to taste

    Sauté' mushrooms in butter on med. heat till juice starts to
    come from mushrooms

    Add spices and simmer 5 min.

    Sprinkle flour over mushrooms

    Wisk in veg. stock making sure there are no lumps

    Simmer for 5 min.

    Remove from heat and add cream just before serving.
