o Olive oil
o 2 onions, thick slices
o 1 stock celery, chopped
o 5 cloves garlic, chopped
o 3 pcs. Orange peel
o 5 cloves
o 1\2 tsp. cinnamon
o 1\2 can plum tomatoes
o 1 bay leaf
o 1 tsp. oregano
o 2 large thick pork chops

12. Heat oil
13. Add pork chops, when meats starts to sizzle turn over
14. Add onions, celery, garlic, orange peel, cloves and cinnamon
15. Add tomatoes
16. Cover, turn heat down to medium low
17. Add bay leaf and oregano
18. Simmer for about 20 minutes
