    Broccoli with Mustard Sauce

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1/2 tsp salt,divided
    • 1 tbsp butter or margarine
    • 1 tbsp all purpose flour
    • 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp milk
    • 1-1/2 tsp prepared mustard
    • 1/4 tsp dill weed


    Instructions


    1. In a large sucepan, bring the broccoli,water and 1/4 tsp salt to a boil.
    2. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5-8 min or until broccoli is crisp-tender.
    3. In a small saucepan,melt butter. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 min or until thickened.
    4. Stir in the mustard,dill and remaining salt. Drain broccoli;drizzle with the mustard sauce.
