List of Ingredients
3 large potatoes
1-can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
1-cup nonfat sour cream
1/4-cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 small onion cut up small
1-cup cheddar cheese, grated
Recipe
Boil the potatoes. While potatoes are boiling, in another pot add butter. Heat until melted. Then add to the melted butter the onion, sour cream, soup, and cheese. Mix well. Peel boiled potatoes and then cut them up. Place the potatoes in a casserole pan. Pour the creamy mixture over the potatoes. Bake in the oven on 375ºF for 45 minutes. Let it sit for 4 to 10 minutes before serving.
Makes 14 (1/2 cup) servings.
1/2 cup serving: 4 points.
Note: I like to freeze this in 1/2-cup servings. This can freeze up to 3 months.
