Peel, cook and mash enough sweet potatoes’ to make 4 cups.
Add:
1/2 cup of butter
2 eggs well mixed
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Recipe
Stir well and place in buttered casserole dish.
Sprinkle 1 cup of coconut, 1 cup small marshmallows and 1/2 cup of pecan pieces on top.
