5 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of water
Salt and pepper to taste
Cheddar cheese, shreddedRecipe
Layer sliced potatoes in greased casserole dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Blend soup and water; pour over potatoes. Bake covered in 350-degree oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Bake about 45 minutes or longer or until potatoes are tender.
