List of Ingredients



• 1 1/2 cups hot,mashed,sweet potatoes
  
• 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
  
• dash of salt
  
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  
• 1/4 tsp ginger
  
• 1/4 tsp allspice
  
• 1/4 cup milk or cream
  
• 2 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
  
• 1/4 cup sherry
  
• 1 tsp vanilla
  






Instructions



1. Combine all ingredients and turn into a pastry lined pie plate.
   
2. Bake at 450. for 10 min. Reduce the heat to 350 and bake until the pie is set,about 35 min.
