Hawaiian Carrots (using Dried Carrots)

Very simple and very, very good.
List of Ingredients
- Dried carrots
- 1 tsp. celery seed (or fresh celery) for each 1 1/2 C. of carrots
- 2 Tblsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 C. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ginger
Instructions
- Rehydrate carrots.
- Using about 1/2 cup of same water, add celery seed (1 tsp. for each 1 1/2 C. of carrots).
- Cook until carrots are almost done and water has cooked down.
- Add butter, brown sugar, and ginger, cook until butter and sugar are melted.
- Serve warm.
