    Very simple and very, very good.



    List of Ingredients


    • Dried carrots
    • 1 tsp. celery seed (or fresh celery) for each 1 1/2 C. of carrots
    • 2 Tblsp. butter or margarine
    • 1/2 C. brown sugar
    • 1 tsp. ginger


    Instructions


    1. Rehydrate carrots.
    2. Using about 1/2 cup of same water, add celery seed (1 tsp. for each 1 1/2 C. of carrots).
    3. Cook until carrots are almost done and water has cooked down.
    4. Add butter, brown sugar, and ginger, cook until butter and sugar are melted.
    5. Serve warm.
