3 cup cooked garbanzo beans (or use 2 cans 15 1/2 oz. each, rinsed and drained)
5-6 garlic cloves, minced (or less)
3 scallion or green onions, finely minced
1/3 cup tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 Tbs soy sauce
salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste
Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender and purée. Serve as a dip or sandwich spread.
