Cheesy Herb Bubble Bread
Use all ingredients in Bacon Onion Bubble Bread except bacon. Stir 2 teaspoons frozen snipped chives and 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed, crushed and 1/2 teaspoon dried basil, along with onion powder into butter. Cut biscuits into quarters with kitchen shears and toss lightly to coat. Place into 8-inch stone baker and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Mozzarella. Bake about 1 to 2 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
Bacon Onion Bubble Bread
2 Tbs butter, melted
1 package refrigerated biscuits (10 biscuits)
1/2 tsp onion powder, crushed onion chips or ¼ cup finely chopped fresh onion
2 Tbs crisp bacon, crumbled
Preheat oven to 450F. Melt butter in micro cooker and add onion powder. Cut biscuits into quarters with kitchen shears into cooker and toss lightly to coat. Place into 8-inch stone baker and sprinkle with bacon pieces. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
