Blender Whole Wheat Pancakes

3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup milk
1/4 cup salad oil
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
Blend first 2 ingredients in blender until smooth. Add next 2
ingredients in blender, then transfer to bowl and add last 4
ingredients. Stir until smooth, adding 1 tablespoon flour if desired
to thicken batter. Pour on hot greased griddle and cook until first
side is light brown. Flip and repeat.
