    Cream Cheese Frosting

    List of Ingredients




    1 (8 ounce) block cream cheese
    6 tablespoons butter or margarine
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
    Optional: 1 cup coconut

    Recipe



    Cream margarine and cream cheese, add vanilla and sugar until smooth. Stir in coconut if using and mix in well. Spread on the cake after it cools.
