    Impossible Rhubarb Pie

    List of Ingredients




    2-3 cups chopped fresh or frozen rhubarb
    1 cup sugar
    ¾ cup milk
    ½ cup Bisquick
    2 eggs
    2 Tbs butter, melted
    1 tsp cinnamon
    ¼ tsp nutmeg

    Streusel Topping

    ½ cup Bisquick
    ¼ cup brown sugar
    ¼ cup chopped nuts
    2 Tbs firm butter

    Mix together gently.

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange rhubarb on a greased 9 inch pie plate. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over top. Sprinkle evenly with streusel topping. Bake for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
