    Pineapple Frosting

    1 large can crushed pineapple (sweetned)
    1 cup Sugar
    2 Tbs cornstarch
    2 tsp lemon juice (can be reconstituted)
    3 eggs

    Recipe



    Beat eggs in medium saucepan. Add sugar,cornstarch,lemon
    juice,blend well.Add pineapple.Cook on medium heat for about
    15 minutes or until starts to boil. Mixture will thicken.
    Stir constantly. Cool before frosting cake.

    Frosts a 2 layer cake.
