Upside-down Rhubarb Cake

Preheat oven to 425F°. Thoroughly grease 8" casserole
dish and cover with
3 cups of rhubarb (cut into 1 inch pieces)
Sprinkle this with: (IN THIS ORDER)
1 cup sugar
1 tsp or more cinnamon
grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon flour
Pour over surface:
3 tablespoons melted butter
Prepare the following batter:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/2 cup milk
Beat the batter and pour it over rhubarb in pan.
Bake 30 minutes. Reverse onto plate.
