Creamy Seafood Casserole

List of Ingredients
1½ cups of seafood of your choice (crab/shrimp/scallops/salmon or a combination)
4 oz cooked sea-shell pasta
3 Tbs butter
3 Tbs flour
2 cups milk
1 ½ cups cheddar, Jack or both
4 oz havarti cheese
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup fresh broccoli chopped
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
salt, pepper, paprika to taste
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook butter, flour and milk over medium heat until thick. Stir in cheeses until melted. Season with spices to taste. Mix in seafood, pasta, onions, broccoli and mushrooms. Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle with more paprika. Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
