List of Ingredients




1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
3/4 cup water
1 pkg taco seasoning
15 oz tomato sauce
1 pkg (8 oz.) shell macaroni; cooked, drained
4 oz chopped green chilies
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


Recipe



Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef and onion over medium heat, drain. Add the water, taco seasoning and tomato sauce. Mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Stir in macaroni, chilies and 1-1/2 cups of the cheese. Pour into a greased 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at for 30 minutes.
