Sand Tarts

List of Ingredients
1 stick butter, softened
1 Tbs sugar
1-1/4 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
Powdered sugar
Recipe
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet.
Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla. Mix flour and nuts. Add to butter mixture and combine completely. Roll into small bars about the size of your thumb. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and roll in powdered sugar, while cookies are still hot.
Makes about 3 dozen.
