White Chocolate Chip Cookies
List of Ingredients
1 c. butter or margarine (Saffola marg.)
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 t. baking soda
1 egg
1 c. + 2T. flour
2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
6 oz. white chocolate chips, coarsley chopped
Recipe
Beat butter, sugar, and baking soda until creamy. Beat in egg. Gradually add a mixture of flour and oats, blending thoroughly. Stir in chocolate. Roll 2 T. portions of dough into balls and place 4" apart on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until light, golden brown. (They burn easily)
