    Albuquerque Turkey

    1 Tbs Oil
    1 1/4 Lbs Turkey Breast Tenderloins, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 Can (14.5 oz) Diced Mexican-style Tomatoes, undrained
    1/2 Med Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
    1 Tbs Chili Powder
    2 Tbs Lime Juice
    1 tsp Sugar
    1/2 tsp Salt

    Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook turkey in oil
    4 -6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned. Transfer turkey to a
    crock-pot.

    Combine remaining ingredients; pour over turkey. Cover and cook on
    Low 4- 6 hours or until turkey is tender.

    Variation: Can be made with chicken or pork
