Crock-o-Beans

2 cups dried pinto beans; soaked overnight; drained
6 cups water
1 onion; thinly sliced
6 tsp beef bouillon
2 tsp dried crushed red chili Peppers
2 tsp garlic
salsa
grated cheese
Combine first 6 ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours.
Reduce heat to LOW and continue cooking 2 hours until beans are tender.
Serve topped with salsa and cheese.
