Slow Cooked Stuffed Peppers

List of Ingredients
6 green peppers; top and seeds removed
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 Tbsp chopped pimiento
1 tsp salt
10 3/4 oz. can cream of tomato soup
12 oz. can whole kernel corn
1 cup instant rice; uncooked
Recipe
Combine beef, onion, pimiento, salt, and corn. Spoon into peppers. Stand peppers in crockpot. Combine Worcestershire sauce and mustard with soup. Pour over peppers. Cover and cook on LOW 8-10 hours.
Serves 6.
