    Easy Peach Cobbler

    List of Ingredients




    1 can undrained crushed pineapple (20 ounces)
    2 pounds frozen or fresh peaches, divided
    1 yellow cake mix (13 ounces)
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 pound of butter, melted

    Recipe



    In the 9" x 13" UNGREASED pan, layer the ingredients in this specific order:

    20 ounce can of crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 pound of frozen/ fresh peaches
    box of cake mix
    second pound of fruit
    chopped pecans
    sugar
    melted butter

    Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes, until golden brown. Let stand until lukewarm. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. You can reheat individual cobbler servings for 1 minute in microwave. To reheat the whole pan, bake for 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
