Egg Salad for Sandwiches

List of Ingredients




6 hard-boiled eggs
2 Tbs dijon mustard
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)


Recipe



Gently chop eggs into bowl. Lightly mix in onion and olive.

Combine dressing ingredients, fold into eggs.
