Creamy Seafood Casserole

1½ cups of seafood (crab/shrimp/scallops/salmon or a combination)
4 oz cooked sea-shell pasta
3 Tbs butter
3 Tbs flour
2 cups milk
1 ½ cups cheese (cheddar/monterey jack mix)
4 oz havarti cheese
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup fresh broccoli chopped
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
salt, pepper, paprika to taste
Cook butter, flour and milk over medium heat until thick. Stir in cheeses until melted. Season with spices to taste. Mix in seafood, pasta, onions, broccoli and mushrooms. Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle with more paprika. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees, or until bubbly.
*Note: Fish should be slightly cooked, but not overly so. Use leftover salmon or throw the shrimp and/or scallops in with the pasta the last couple of minutes its boiling.
