Italian Baked Haddock

List of Ingredients
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbs dry Italian bread crumbs
4 haddock fillets, 1/2 inch thick
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cup butter, melted
15 oz. marinara sauce
1-2 Tbs prepared horseradish
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400F.
Mix grated cheese and bread crumbs in
shallow dish. Dip fish in egg then coat with
bread crumb mixture. Place in greased baking dish. Drizzle
with butter. Bake for 25-30 minutes until fish flakes easily
with fork. Mix marinara sauce and horseradish. Serve with
fish.
Serves 4.
