    Gingered Fresh Fruit Salad

    Dressing:
    1/4 cup honey
    2 teaspoons grated gingerroot
    1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel
    3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

    Salad:
    2 cups watermelon cubes
    2 cups cantaloupe cubes
    2 cups fresh pineapple cubes
    2 cups seedless green grapes
    1 pint (2 cups) fresh raspberries

    1. In 1-cup microwave-safe measuring cup, combine all dressing
    ingredients; mix well. Microwave on HIGH for 30 to 45 seconds or until
    thoroughly heated. Cool 15 minutes or until completely cooled.

    2. In very large bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Pour dressing
    over fruit; toss gently to coat.
