20-minute Pork Chops
List of Ingredients
4 to 6 lean pork chops
1 T. vegetable oil
1/2 C. apple juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Heat oil on medium-high heat in skillet. Brown chops on both sides. Season chops and add juice. Turn down heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Watch to make sure the skillet doesn't dry out, add more juice if necessary. The juice will cook down to a nice sauce.
Serve your chops with a dollop of applesauce on the side.
