4 boneless pork chops
1/2 tsp. thyme, crushed
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. oil
Coat chops with pepper and thyme. Heat oil in large heavy
skillet over medium high heat. Add chops, cook on each
side 3-4 minutes or until done. Remove chops, keep warm.
Deglaze skillet with Worcestershire sauce by adding it to
hot pan, and stirring constantly to remove any pan juices
that have cooked to the bottom of the skillet. Pour juices
over the chops and serve.
Note: Bone-in chops can be used, and cooked a total of about
15 minutes until no longer pink.
