Pork Chops

6 bone-in pork chops (the inexpensive ones are fine)
3 tsp olive oil
2 cups dry white cooking wine
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add pork and
cook on each side for five minutes or until browned. Remove
the chops from the pan. Place wine, honey and mustard in the
pan and bring to a boil. Boil for 2-3 minutes. Return the pork
to the pan and simmer for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway
through.
