Better Than Take-Out Noodles

1/3 cup hot water
1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp white wine or rice vinegar
3/4 cup chopped scallions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
12 oz pasta, cooked al dente, drained
Whisk together water and peanut butter. Add remaining
ingredients except pasta. Blend well. Toss sauce with pasta.
Garnish with additional chopped scallions.
