Cajun Chicken Pasta

1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2" strips
1 1/2 Tbs Cajun seasoning
1 Tbs olive oil
1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup green onions -- sliced
4 cups hot, cooked linguine
2 cups evaporated milk
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese(1 ounce)
1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
Place chicken pieces in reasealable plastic bag, sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Seal and shake to coat. Heat oil in large skillet. Add seasoned chicken; saute for 6 to 7
minutes or until lightly browned. Add bell peppers, mushrooms and onions to skillet; cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in cooked pasta and remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and let simmer 3 to 4 minutes. Serve hot.
