    Knock Your Socks Off Spaghetti Sauce

    List of Ingredients

    2 cloves of garlic (Or more if you prefer)
    2 celery stalks chopped up into small pieces
    1 Bell pepper chopped up into small pieces
    1 Med. Onion chopped up into small pieces

    1 Jar sun dried tomatoes in olive oil(found in the produce section) (you will only need to use about four of the tomatoes chopped up finely)
    1 Package Italian sausage (cut up into 1 in pieces)

    1 lb Hamburger
    1 Large can tomato paste
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 large can stewed tomatoes (chopped)

    Salt and pepper

    Recipe

    Brown the hamburger and the sausage. When they are almost done add the garlic, celery, onion, green pepper and sundried tomatoes. Cook on medium heat until the celery starts to turn pale. Drain the fluid from the meat. Salt and pepper to taste.

    Then add the tomato paste, tomato sauce and the can of stewed tomatoes after you have chopped them.
    Add enough water so that the sauce becomes just a TOUCH more watery than the consistency you would like because you will lose some fluid to steam.

    Simmer for 1/2 hour if you are in a hurry. I usually let it simmer for 1 -2 hours.

    Hint: Freeze this sauce in freezer containers.

    There are no other herbs or spices used, the sausage gives the sauce it's flavor.
