Pasta With Fresh Tomatoes and Herbs
List of Ingredients
2 Tbs olive oil
2 med. cloves garlic, chopped
3 C ripe tomato, seeded & chopped
2 Tbs basil
2 Tbs parsley
2 tsp marjoram
1 tsp rosemary
2 C fettuccini
Recipe
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add fettuccini and cook as directed on package.
In a large skillet, heat the oil over moderate heat. Add the garlic and, as soon as it sizzles, stir in the tomatoes and herbs.
Saute just until the tomato's juices thicken, 7 to 10 minutes.
Pour over cooked pasta.
