Peppy Pasta Salad
12 oz Tri-Color Twist Pasta
~Cook according to package directions. Cool under running water, and pop in the fridge~
2 cups chopped (raw) broccoli, carrots & cauliflower mixture
1 Cup Picante Sauce (salsa)
3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise (Substitute oil, if you don't do dairy or eggs)
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Sprinkling of garlic powder or chopped garlic, to taste
Salt & Pepper to taste
~ Combine with the cooked pasta and chill 'til ready to serve~
