    Turkey Turnovers

    List of Ingredients




    1 finely chopped small onion
    1/2 garlic clove
    1 tbsp butter.

    1 1/3 C finely chopped leftover turkey or chicken
    3/4 cup sour cream
    1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp crushed basil leaves
    1/4 cup finely chopped stuffed olives

    1 pkg refrigerator crescent rolls

    Recipe



    Brown onion and garlic in butter. Mix with chopped leftover turkey or chicken and other ingredients. Cook together over low heat for about five minutes, stirring constantly.

    Separate 1 pkg refrigerator crescent rolls into 4 oblong pieces and pinch perforations together.

    Place a mound of filling on half of pastry, fold over and pinch edges together.

    Bake on cookie sheet in 425 degree oven until nicely browned.

    Serve with gravy or cranberry salad or relish.
