This will keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
1/2 cup seasoned rice vinegar
1-2 tsp. stoneground or Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, pressed or crushed
Whisk all ingredients together. Store in a closed jar or air-tight
plastic container.
