Green Olive Dressing
List of Ingredients
Since this is a strongly flavored dressing, it's best served on greens like spinach, romaine, curly endive, or a mixture.
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 cup mayonnaise (you can use reduced fat mayo)
4 cloves garlic (at LEAST!)
1/4 cup sugar
dash of crushed red pepper
1 cup green olives, pitted and drained
Recipe
Combine all but olives in blender or food processor until smooth. Add olives and process just enough to chop them into small pieces.
About 12 servings.
