Lemon-Parmesan Dressing

1/2 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1/4 cup regular or low-fat buttermilk
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp minced fresh garlic
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
