Tomato Caesar Salad

1/3 cup Caesar salad dressing
1 Tbs sour cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 bags salad greens
8 oz Roma tomatoes, cut in wedges
Combine dressing and sour cream; set aside.
Heat nonstick skillet. Sprinkle 2 Tbs cheese in a circle, cook 2 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Flip and cook 30 seconds more. Remove to paper towels. Repeat to make 8 cheese crisps. Arrange greens on platter, top with tomato wedges and crisps, drizzle with dressing.
