Crockpot Black Bean Chili

1 1/2 pounds boneless pork, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 15 1/2-oz. cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup thick and chunky salsa
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
In a large skillet brown the pork with the onion and bell pepper in
a little bit of olive oil. Cook til the pork is browned lightly.
Combine all ingredients in the crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8
hours.
Serve with tortillas chips and garnishes is you wish.
