    Souped-up Tomato Soup

    List of Ingredients




    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1 can milk or water
    1 cup cooked macaroni, frozen tortellini, or other bite-sized pasta (optional)
    1 /2 cup frozen corn or mixed vegetables
    1 /2 cup frozen peas
    1 cup frozen broccoli, stalks, stems, or florets
    1 /2 tsp garlic powder
    1 /2 tsp onion salt
    Oregano, black pepper and salt to taste

    Recipe



    In a medium pot over medium heat, combine soup and water or milk, stir and heat until warm. Add frozen vegetables and pasta, and cook until vegetables are thawed. Add spices and flavors as desired; this soup is also good with curry powder.

    Serve it with bread and butter or tuna sandwiches

    Makes 2 servings, but is easily doubled or tripled.
