    Cappuccino Tiramisu

    1 pound cake, cut into 1" sticks
    3 envelopes instant cappuccino
    3 cups cold milk
    8 oz cream cheese, softened
    3.4 oz vanilla pudding mix
    2 cups whipped cream

    Dissolve 2 envelopes of cappuccino mix with 1 1/2 cups milk.
    Arrange cake sticks on bottom of square baking dish. Drizzle
    with cappuccino mixture. Beat cream cheese with remaining
    milk until smooth. Add pudding mix and 1 envelope cappuccino
    mix. Beat on low speed until well blended. Fold in whipped
    cream. Spoon mixture over cake. Sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa
    to garnish, if desired. Refrigerate until firm.
