Bok Choy
List of Ingredients
1 cup chicken broth or bouillon
1/4 tsp hot red chili flakes
1 large minced garlic clove or t tsp bottled minced garlic
4 baby bok choy
Recipe
In a large frying pan set over medium heat, bring broth, chili flakes and garlic to a boil. Trim base from bok choy. Add whole bok choy to broth. Reduce heat so mixture just simmers. Cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Serve with a little broth spooned over top.
If baby bok choy is not available, coarsely slice 1 regular bok choy. Add to boiling broth and simmer, uncovered and stirring often, until tender, about 10 minutes.
